THIS SERVICE COVERS THE LIST BLOW
- Airing the property opening windows and doors
- Flushing the toilets
- Running the taps
- Checking for any damp or mould
- Checking electricity, water and gas
- Checking for any visual signs of break-in or damage
- Report back to clients monthly with any issues
- Arrange minor repairs to be carried out by our handyman
REQUIREMENTS
- 3 sets of keys
- All instruction manuals left in the kitchen
- Copy of insurance documents to include Public Liability
- Instructions on how to operate any equipment TV/SAT, Air Con/Heating,
- Washing machine
- 3 sets of bed linen per bed
- 3 sets of towels per bed
- Owner’s bank account details
- Owner’s contact details
- Copy of community rules
Key holding Management Fee:
390€ Excl VAT,
